Credits are used for third-party services that help enrich and stream your data and documents to your AI Account (Claude, ChatGPT and others). We have built a set of internal AI workflows where we found extreme value for the user; but you can only chat with your data in your own AI Account (chat is not where your credits are used). Credits work to convert a document into a useable format for AI Search, stream data into your AI Account, and provide other services needed to leverage AI. Use your own AI account of choice to build a rent roll, analyze vacancy trends, get insight into prospect trends, and even create the most effective past due collection plan based on past tenant interactions. Most AI accounts that allows a MCP connection can be used with LEASEPIXIE for AI work.

You are invoiced at the end of each month based on your deployments (Property sq-ft, Active Tenants, Credit Purchases, Overflow Storage, and Support Services). Pricing on deployments keeps your cost directly tied to services consumed. Why pay for an unoccupied unit or service you don't require? As an available option, only the Account holder may deploy an Active Tenant providing greater control of your deployment decisions and cost. ACH costs are billed by the processor and paid directly from the bank account linked to your ACH Account.

If the lease documents are available within a single PDF, on-boarding a Tenant with AI Assistance will take 3 to 7 minutes for AI processing and 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Our onboarding flow required so much development investment to make it time efficient that we chose to patent it. Having your commencement date and date supporting document available will help keep things move quickly.

In order to offer ACH payments you will need one ACH account for a subject portfolio. That ACH account can be used across multiple properties within the same portfolio.

Each month, we include a base level of credits per Active Tenant with your monthly invoice, similar to a base year structure in a gross lease. We have not build this solution for users to credit count, credits simply allow us to price the product for healthy consumption of third party services, our goal is to help you chat with your data in your own AI account. Even with heavy use, we estimate credit costs to be a single digit percentage of your invoice.

We have built the enrichment factories, connections, skills, and plugins needed so your team can do much of the work now handled in our web application directly from your AI chat. That includes running analysis, getting the most efficient to-do list for your day, reviewing your open task, messages, and files.

Your data is only accessible to your account and your team with application controls ensuring each account can only access its own records. Sensitive information is stored securely and cannot be read without decryption available only to our application. We do not sell your data. Any decision to share information will be controlled by you or your invited users. Platform support may access data only as needed to fulfill a support request, and when a property is deleted the data and files are erased. When possible, file are redacted of personal information prior to any AI processing. File text can be streamed to your AI account (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) so its important to scrub this type of data to keep a bank account, or social security, number from being sent out into the world IF you choose to chat with your data in your Team AI account.
